Every week a well-filled vegetable soup with vegetables bought at the local market in winter is a good example of getting all the minerals and vitamins that a person needs. Furthermore, supplemented with daily rye, onion and potatoes in the Netherlands as a basic food, you lay a solid foundation for a healthy diet. A richly filled vegetable soup should actually be served in every care home for the elderly and hospitals where vulnerable people are now lying down having diseases. This seems to me a better strategy than administering a "vaccine" which is strictly speaking not even a vaccine but a genetic modification and the fear that is also consciously created also weakens the immune system of the human being. Your consciousness (=lifestyle) is your foundation according to Aryurvedic medicine. When your consciousness is healthy, then your body is also healthy.

Vegetable soup (own recipe)

Ingredients:

- 2 pork chops bought at your local butcher

- 5 onions bought at the local market

- 1 large carrot bought at the local market

- 1 large leek bought at the local market

- 1 potato

- 1 block  beefbroth

-  pepper and salt

-  additional vegetables that you have in stock

Preparation:

- Place the 2 pork chops in the pan and add enough water. Also add the chopped onions, salt, pepper and the block  beefbroth .

- Bring it to the boil and let it cook on low heat for an hour and a half.

- In the last half hour, add the leek, carrot and the other vegetables.

- After an hour and a half, remove the chops from the soup and cut them into small blocks and put them back in the soup. The bone you can throw away.

- Let it simmer for another 10 minutes, then the soup is ready. Enjoy your dinner!

(22-07-2022) Volgens W.P.A.H. de Vries is een gezonde levenstijl(=bewustzijn) zoals gezonde voeding, warme kleding, genoeg slaap, voldoende beweging en ontspanning het beste medicijn om de jaarlijkse “griep/corona-” en/of “Sars-CoV-2” golf in de winter zo veel als mogelijk weerstand te bieden. Iedere week een goed gevulde groentensoep met groenten gekocht op de locale markt in de winter is een goed voorbeeld om alle mineralen en vitamines binnen te krijgen die een mens nodig heeft. Verder aangevuld met dagelijks rogge, ui en aardappels in Nederland als basisvoedsel legt u dan een stevige basis voor een gezond voedselpatroon. Een rijk gevulde groentensoep zou eigenlijk geserveerd moeten worden in ieder verzorgingshuis voor ouderen en ziekenhuizen waar nu kwetsbare mensen liggen vatbaar voor ziekten. Dit lijkt mij een betere strategie dan het toedienen van een “vaccin” wat strikt gezien niet eens een vaccin is maar een genetische modificatie en de angst die ook nog eens bewust wordt gecreёerd verzwakt tevens het imuunsysteem van de mens. Uw bewustzijn(=levenstijl) is uw fundament volgens de Aryurvedische geneeskunde. Is uw bewustzijn gezond dan is ook uw lichaam gezond.

Groentensoep (eigen recept)

Ingredienten:

- 2 karbonades gekocht bij uw locale slager

- 5 uien gekocht op de locale markt 

- 1 grote winterpeen gekocht op de locale markt

- 1 grote prei gekocht op de locale markt

- 1 aardappel 

- 1 bouillonblokje rund

-- peper en zout

- aanvullende groenten die u op voorraad heeft

Bereiding:

- Leg de 2 karbonades in de pan en voeg genoeg water toe, Voeg tevens de gesneden

uien, zout, peper en het bouillonblokje toe. 

- Breng het aan de kook en laat het geheel op zacht vuur anderhalf uur koken.

- Voeg in het laatste half uur de prei, winterpeen en de andere groenten toe

- Haal na anderhalf uur de karbonades uit de soep en snij het in kleine blokjes

en doe deze weer terug in de soep. Het bot gooit u weg.

- Laat het geheel nog 10 minuten langzaam nakoken, daarna is de soep klaar. Eet smakelijk!

(07-06-2022) Ayurvedic dutch morning meal - self-developed - rye/onion:


Ingredients :

- 1 large onion

- 8 full tablespoons of organic rye (This uncleaned rye has been washed, soaked overnight and has had a heat treatment of 6 hours at 100 oC)

- 40 grams of “zeeuws meisje”(=butter)

- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil

- 1 teaspoon of turmeric

- 1 teaspoon of chili

- 1 teaspoon of cumin

- 1 ½ tablespoon of ajam tjampoer

- 2 pinches of sambal oelek

- 1 dash of ketjap manis

- salt

- pepper

- a few drops of hot maggi

 

Preparation method:

- Add 40 grams of “zeeuws meisje”(=butter) in a frying pan and add the sliced ​​onion under high heat. Saute the onions until it is light brown.

- Add salt and pepper as needed. Lower the heat.

- Add 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil.

- Let the onions cook over low heat for a few minutes.

- Add the 8 heaped tablespoons of frozen organic rye to the left side of the baking pan and heat slowly. Add 2 pinches of sambal oelek to the rye.

- Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric, chili and cumin to the onions. Gently stir it through the onions. Wait a few minutes.

- Add 1 ½ tablespoon of ajam tjampoer.

- Stir the rye and onions together and taste how it tastes. Add a few drops of hot maggi as needed.

 

Your Ayurvedic dutch morning meal will be approximately 2 full hands. When you have large hands, adjust the recipe upwards. Same with small hands, but then downwards. The rye ensures even blood sugar levels. The sugars from the rye are slowly and evenly dosed into the blood from the gut for about 4 hours. Furthermore, the rye as well as the onion, which is a complete food, is packed with vitamins and minerals that your body needs. The ajam tjampoer is mainly added for the taste, but the white cabbage has of course many beneficial health effects. This is a kapha (earth and water) meal. Enjoy your meal, enjoy!


Tip: For dessert you can take an apple, banana or orange. When you are hungry for lunch (= pitta (water and fire) meal), take an apple, banana or orange as a snack. Eat less in the summer than in the winter. Adjust your diet to the seasons. Listen to your body. 

 

Ayurvedische Nederlandse ochtendmaaltijd - zelf ontwikkeld - rogge/ui


Ingredienten :

 - 1 grote ui

-  8 volle eetlepels biologische rogge (Deze ongeschoonde rogge is gewassen, heeft een nacht   geweekt en heeft een hittebehandeling gehad van 6 uur bij 100 oC)

- 40 gram zeeuws meisje

- 1 eetlepel zonnebloemolie

- 1 theelepel kurkuma

- 1 theelepel chili

- 1 theelepel komijn

- 1 ½ eetlepel ajam tjampoer

- 2 mespuntjes sambal oelek

- 1 scheutje ketjap manis

- zout

- peper

- enkele druppels  hot maggi

 

Bereidingswijze:

- Voeg 40 gram zeeuws meisje in een bakpan en voeg onder hoog vuur de gesneden ui

toe.  Fruit de uien lichtbruin.

- Voeg peper en zout naar behoefte toe. Zet het vuur laag.

- Voeg 1 eetlepel zonnebloemolie toe.

- Laat de uien op laag vuur een paar minuten doorbakken.

- Voeg de 8 volle eetlepels bevroren biologische rogge aan de linkerkant in de bakpan

toe en laat langzaam opwarmen. Voeg 2 mespuntjes sambal oelek aan de rogge toe.

-  Voeg 1 theelepel kurkuma, chili en komijn aan de uien toe. Roer het

voorzichtig door de uien Wacht een paar minuten.

- Voeg 1 ½ eetlepel ajam tjampoer toe.

- Roer de rogge en uien door elkaar en proef hoe het smaakt. Voeg naar behoefte enkele

druppels  hot maggi toe.

 

Uw Ayurvedische Nederlandse ochtendmaaltijd zal ongeveer 2 handen vol “moeten”

zijn. Heeft u grote handen dan steltt u het recept naar boven bij. Bij kleine handen idem

maar dan naar beneden. De rogge zorgt voor gelijkmatige bloedsuikerspiegel. De suikers uit

de rogge worden vanuit de darm langzaam gelijkmatig in het bloed gedoseerd voor zo’n 4

uur lang. Verder zit in de rogge evenals de  ui, welke complete voeding is, boordevol

vitamines en mineralen welke uw lichaam nodig heeft. De ajam tjampoer is voornamelijk voor

de smaak toegevoegd maar de witte kool heeft natuurlijk tal van gunstige

gezondheidseffecten. Dit is een kapha (aarde en water) maaltijd. Eet smakelijk, geniet

ervan! 


Tip: Als toetje kunt u bijvoorbeeld een appel, banaan of sinaasappel nemen. Heeft

u trek tot de middagmaaltijd(=pitta (water en vuur)maaltijd) neem dan als snack een

 appel, banaan of sinaasappel. Eet in de zomer minder dan in de winter. Pas uw

eetpatroon aan aan de seizoenen. Luister naar uw lichaam.


Een bak vol bevroren biologische rogge kost 4 Euro en is bij mij te koop. Dit scheelt u veel werk.

Ingredients:

- 1 large onion

- 1 potato

- 1 wintercarrot

- 1/3 broccoli

- 3 stalks of celery

- 1 can of tomato puree, 70 grams

- 2 empty can of tomato paste filled with water, 140 grams

- 40 grams “zeeuws meisje”(=butter)  

- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil

- 1 teaspoon turmeric

- 1 teaspoon chili

- 1 teaspoon cumin

- 1 dash ketchap manis

- ½ tablespoon french mustard

- hot maggi

- salt

- white pepper

- 1 spanish pepper

- unsalted peanuts

 

Preparation method:

- Add 40 grams of “zeeuws meisje”(=butter) in a frying pan and add the chopped onion under high heat. Saute the onions until light brown.

- Add white pepper and salt as needed. Lower the heat.

- Add the chopped chili pepper.

- Add 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil.

- Cut the potato into cubes and add

- Let the onions and potato fry for a few minutes on low heat.

- Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric, chili and cumin. Stir gently. Wait a few minutes.

- Then add the can of tomato paste and then 2 empty cans of tomato paste with water. - Let it rest for a while so that all the ingredients can absorb.

- Cut 1 winter carrot into pieces and add.

- Cut 1/3 of the broccoli stem into cubes and add.

- Cut 3 stalks celery into pieces and add.

- Add tablespoon of French mustard and stir.

- Close the baking pan with a lid for a few minutes.

- Add a dash of ketchap manis.

- Taste the whole and add salt and hot maggi as needed.

- Serve 2 full hands in a soup plate.

- Add unsalted peanuts as needed.

 

This is your pitta (fire and water) and vatta (air and space) meal. Enjoy your meal, enjoy! The amount of food that remains in the frying pan is about 2 full hands. For practical reasons, this will therefore be your evening vatta meal. Close with a lid and place in the refrigerator. All you need to do is heat it up at 6:00 PM. Use fruit as a dessert or snack in between. Together with your morning rye/onion meal, you eat healthy all day long. Add fish (hake filet or sardines) to your meals throughout the week as needed. Ingredienten:

- 1 grote ui

-  1 aardappel

-  1 winterpeen

-  1/3 broccoli

-  3 stengels bleekselderij

-  1 blikje tomatenpuree, 70 gram

-  2 lege blikje tomatenpuree gevuld met water , 140 gram

-  40 gram zeeuws meisje

-  1 eetlepel zonnebloemolie

-  1 theelepel kurkuma

-  1 theelepel chili

-  1 theelepel komijn

-  1 scheutje ketchap manis

-  ½ eetlepel franse mosterd

-  hot maggi

-  zout

-  witte peper

-  1 spaanse peper

-  ongezouten pindas

 

Bereidingswijze:

- Voeg 40 gram zeeuws meisje in een bakpan en voeg onder hoog vuur de gesneden ui

toe.  Fruit de uien lichtbruin.

- Voeg witte peper en zout naar behoefte toe. Zet het vuur laag.

- Voeg de gesneden spaanse peper toe.

- Voeg 1 eetlepel zonnebloemolie toe.

- Snij de aardappel in blokjes en voeg toe

- Laat de uien en aardappel op laag vuur een paar minuten doorbakken.

-  Voeg 1 theelepel kurkuma, chili en komijn toe. Roer voorzichtig Wacht een paar

minuten.

- Voeg daarna het blikje tomatenpuree toe en vervolgens 2 lege blikjes

tomatenpuree met water.

- Laat het geheel even rusten zodat alle ingrediënten kunnen intrekken.

- Snij 1 winterpeen in stukjes en voeg toe.

- Snij 1/3 van de broccolistronk in blokjes en voeg toe.

- Snij 3 stengels bleekselderij in stukjes en voeg toe.

- Voeg een ½ eetlepel franse mosterd toe en roer het geheel.

- Sluit de bakpan met een deksel voor een paar minuten.

- Voeg een scheutje ketchap manis toe.

- Proef het geheel en voeg naar behoefte zout en hot maggi toe.

- Serveer 2 handen vol in een soepbord.

- Voeg naar behoefte ongezouten pindas toe. Dit is uw pitta (aarde en water) en vatta(lucht en ruimte) maaltijd. Eet smakelijk, geniet ervan!

 

De hoeveelheid voeding welke in de bakpan achterblijft is ongeveer 2 handen vol. Uit praktische overweging wordt dit daarom uw avond vatta maaltijd. Sluit af met een deksel en plaats het geheel in de koelkast. U hoeft het om 18:00 uur alleen nog maar op te warmen, Gebruik als toetje of snack tussendoor fruit. Samen met uw ochtend rogge/ui maaltijd eet u dan de hele dag gezond. Voeg naar behoefte vis (lekkerbekje of sardientjes) toe aan uw maaltijden in de loop van de week. Maak 1 maal per week palak paneer. Op deze wijze eet u de hele week gezond, heeft u een uitgebalanceerd voedingspatroon en krijgt u alle voedingstoffen binnen welke uw lichaam nodig heeft.

According to the Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is acrid, bitter, warm in nature and covers meridians of spleen, stomach, liver and useful to treat candida on toenails. (06-02-2022) According Dr. Deepa Apte vatta or pitta is mostly the cause of hairloss. Food that is very spicy, salty or sour has to be avoided or minimized. Natural sweets, bitter such as vegetables are good to get the heat out of the body. Aloe vera juice is very good to prevent or stop hairloss. It is know for its bitter and cleansing poperty and helps to get the heat of the body. Massages with pramni amna oil also helps. It contains 2 herbs, pramni know for its nourishing quality, enhencing and strengthening the nervus system and gets heat from the body, amna is know for its cleansing quality, removes the heat. For the massage the oil has to be warm. The crown chakra on the forehead has to massaged first then the rest according certain rules. Leave the oil 15 minutes. After that wash your hair. Use teas and herbs that reduces the heat in the body. Safran or cardemon removes heat. Chyawan pura can also used 1-2 teaspoons twice a day with warm milk, coconut milk or almond milk. Triphila, tumeric, brahmi are also very usefull. Yoga also helps to correct or prevent hairloss. Headstands has to be avoided. Moon salutations, cooling breathe exercises also helps to correct or prevent hairloss.

Ayurvedic Indian massage - Akshi Tarpanam - eye massage

(21-01-2022) Akshi Tarpanam is a procedure in which medicated oil or plain cow ghee is retained in the eyes for a fixed time. The eye is on of the most important sense organ situated in the head This procedure is to ensure the healthy state of the eye is maintained in a normal condition as well as disease state.

One nerve from the sole of the feet is supposed to be directly connected with the eye. Hence washing feet with cold water, mild massage with oil, external application of the sole of the feet will have its effect on the eyes. The feet should be kept clean and kept free from injuries and heat as it can hurt the eyes. Avoid to much salt and masala. Warm ghee is poured into the eye. The guest has to open and close the eye so the ghee spreads evenly. The procedure takes approximately 15 minutes.

(07-06-2022 According Kimmana Nichols candida is a fungus that naturally lives in every person in the colen. It is for the final peaces in the digestion. When it is out of control it can spread throughout the digestin tracks all over the body into the mouth, sinus caves, through the blood, the skin, hair and creates a lot of disorders from inflamation, mucus problem, focus. Lets look at the cause first. In Ayurveda there is a six stages of disease model. In the first stage it is about cummulation and aggravation in relation to the doshas. What dosha was accummulating, vatta, pitta or kapha? Kapha is the most likely to cause candida. Kapha is wet, damp and moist, sweet is a kapha dominant thing and feeds the candida. The next is vatta cause it is cold and irregular nature in the digestive system. Half digested food into the colen the candida overgrows with a poor metabolism and spread throughout the system with vatta. Third one can also be pitta because of the hot damp environment where the fungus can thrive. The three doshas can create an imbalance in the digestive track to allow accummulating, With Kapha the first thing we look at is sweet, damp and moist,overeating in product like sugars, pastes, flowers has to be avoided. So make sure you eat whole foods, not processed foods. With damped foods like cheese or dairy or meat counterbalance it with welled cook vegetables, greens. Also daily exercise and avoid sedentary lifestyle. Best time to exercise is 6.00 til 10.00 AM. Especially in spring time, make sure you get it in and balance the kapha before it influences some kind of candida problem. The vatta influences the mind and nerve system the most. When we go to emotional stress that directs energy away from the digestion track, it does not function as well, food gets half digested and stimulates overgrowth of candida. Using antibiotic when the vatta is high the regrowth of flora will be much slower than by other people espcially in winter time when vatta is dominant. Also irregular eating times can cause overgrowth. Try regular times with smaller meals stoking the fire. It is less likely that pitta will cause overgrowth of candida it still can happen With pitta fermentation is going on. Mixing fruits and sugar with hard to digest foods such as dairy, flowers, alcohol can stimulate overgrowth of candida. When pitta is dominant or a hot tropical climate can lead to an imbalance of the digestive system with overgrowth of candida. Summarise the doshas with an Agni and ama test. When there is a lot of ama the body will feed fungus, bacteria, parasites into the system. Immune system imbalance: 1) Sleep, going to bed early and waking up early is so important for your immune system. When you are not going to bed before 21:00 PM you are missing the best immune system sleep hours to improve your immune function. Studies shows white bloodcells are most active from 21:00 PM til 23:00 PM where the white bloodcells repair and rejuvinate your body. 2) Addictions, coffee, alcohol, drugs influence your immune system. 3) Gut health is primary a lot of the bacteria going through your gut influencing your immune system. Furthermore: weed, seed, treat. Grape fruits, citrus, berries, etc are boosting your your immune system. Herbal medicines. Palak paneer (customized own recipe)

(22-07-2020) Oxidative cels stress occurs at shortime and longtime high EMF levels. An example of a recipe is Palak paneer that is full with anti oxidants and other healty ingredients which your body needs. Let food be your medicine and medicine your food. Anti oxidants partly can restore the damaging effects of EMF.

Ingredients Palak paneer:

- 1 pack of white cheese, 200 grams (Rücker blancello, mild white cheese or old gouda cheese bought at your local market)

- 1 bowl of cherry tomatoes, 250 grams

- 1 can of tomato puree, 70 grams

- 2 empty can of tomato puree filled with water, 140 grams

- a jar of cream spinach, 350 grams

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 tablespoons of “zeeuws meisje”l for baking and roasting

- 1 large onion

- 4 garlic cloves cut into thin slices

- 3 tablespoons of ginger cut into thin slices

- 1 teaspoon of garam masala

- 1 teaspoon of cumin

- 1 and half teaspoon of salt

- half teaspoon of turmeric

- 1 teaspoon chilli powder

- broken rice

- (possibly serve the dish with naan bread, some atjar tjampoer and conimex cracker

   cake long slice or Spanish olives)

- 1 glass unprocced biological applejuice , red wine or Hennesey cognac.

- French low-fat cottage cheese

- honey

Preparation:

- Cut the onion and fry it in the 2 spoons of “zeeuws meisje”. First high heat and then

   low heat.

- Add the sliced ​​garlic and ginger slices.

- Add the turmeric, cumin and chili powder.

- Then add the can of tomato puree and then 2 empty cans tomato puree with water.

- Then add the olive oil. mix everything and let it rest for a while so that all

   ingredients can withdraw.

- In the meantime, start cooking with the broken rice.

- Add the spinach and let it heat up slowly.

- Add the garam masala.

- Cut the white cheese into small square cubes of approximately 8 mm and do not add them yet.

- Taste whether the broken rice is ready and drain the water and let it simmer for a

  while.

- Cut the small cherry tomatoes in half and add them.

- Add the white cheese or gouda cheese at last so not all the cheese melts!

- Serve the rice on the left side on the plate and the sauce on the right side on the

   plate.

- Add some unsalted peanuts over the dish as needed.

Serve the dish with unprocced biological applejuice , red wine or Hennesey cognac. Enjoy your meal!

For dessert: French cottage cheese with honey on top. If necessary, supplement with 1 fresh Lucuma.

Palak paneer (aangepast eigen recept)

Een recept vol met antioxidanten en ingredienten die uw lichaam nodig heeft. Laat medicijn uw voeding zijn en voeding uw medicijn. Antioxidanten kunnen deels de schadelijke gezondheidseffecten van EMF tegengaan.

Ingredienten:

- 1 pakje witte kaas, 200 gram  (Rücker blancello, milde witte kaas of old gouda cheese bought at your local market)

- 1 bakje cherry tomaten, 250 gram

- 1 blikje tomatenpuree, 70 gram

- 2 lege blikje tomatenpuree gevuld met water , 140 gram

-  potje roomspinazie, 350 gram

- 2 eetlepels olijfolie

- 2 eetlepels zeeuws meisje voor bakken en braden

- 1 grote ui

- 5 knoflookteenjes gesneden in dunne plakjes

- 3 eetlepels gember gesneden in dunne plakjes

- 1 en half theelepel zout

- halve theelepel kurkuma

- 1 theelepel chilipoeder

- gebroken rijst

- (serveer het gerecht eventueel met naan brood,wat atjar tjampoer

en/of conimex kroeppoek lange plak of spaanse olijven)

- 1 glas onbewerkte biologische appelsap, rode wijn of Hennesey cognac. 

- franse magere kwark

- honing

Bereiding:

- Snij de ui en bak deze in de 2 lepels zeeuws meisje goudbruin zodat er een lekker smaakje aan zit. Eerst hoog vuur en daarna laag vuur.

- Voeg daarna de olijfolie toe.

- Voeg de gesneden plakjes knoflook en gember toe.

- Voeg de kurkuma, komijn en chilipoeder toe.

- Voeg daarna het blikje tomatenpuree toe en vervolgens 2 lege blikjes

tomatenpuree met water.

- Laat het geheel even rusten zodat alle

ingrediënten kunnen intrekken.

- Begin ondertussen met de gebroken rijst te koken.

- Voeg de spinazie toe en laat het langzaam opwarmen.

- Voeg de garam masala toe.

- snijd de witte kaas in kleine vierkante blokjes van een ongeveer 8 mm. en voeg deze nog niet toe.

- Proef of de gebroken rijst klaar is en giet het water af en laat deze even nastomen.

-  Snijd de kleine cherry tomaatjes in tweeen en voeg deze toe.

- Voeg als laatste de vierkante blokjes witte kaas of gouda kaas toe zodat niet alle blokjes smelten.

- Leg eventueel wat atjar tjampoer op het bord.

- Serveer de rijst aan de linker kant op het bord en de saus aan de rechterkant op het bord. (Wilt u het net andersom hebben dan draait u uw bord 180 graden, grapje ;-) )

- Voeg wat ongezouten pindas toe over het gerecht naar behoefte.

Serveer het gerecht met een onbewerkte biologische appelsap, rode wijn of Hennesey cognac. Eet smakelijk!

Als toetje: franse kwark met hierover honing.

Tip: Wilt u de palak paneer extra gezond maken en een zeer bijzonder smaak toevoegen knip dan brandnetel bladeren en de zaden af. Kook heel kort dit in een laagje water. Giet het vocht af en bewaar dit in een glas (kunt u later opdrinken). Voeg de afgekoelde brandnetelbladeren en brandnetelbladeren toe aan aan de spinazie. De combinatie van deze twee is heerlijk en geeft een zeer fijne smaak heb ik gemerkt.

Raw chocolate bar is made from cacao beans that are naturally dried and not roasted.

Vegetables

ONION:

Onion is a vegatable that is cultivaded around the world and the geographic origin is uncertain.

Onion is a complete functional food, contains phenolic compounds, minerals, fibers, organic sugars, organic sulfur compounds relative to the non volatile compounds and have many benificial health effects for the human body.

It can be used in baking for the flavour, in pickled onions or soup.

 

Fruit & Berries

ACAI:

Acai is a wild berry from a palm tree native to Trinidad and northern South America.

This  “super berry” has a very high level of antioxidants.

It can be used in in cold drinks, smoothies, desserts, or simply in water.

APRICOT:

Apricot is the fruit of the tree known in Armenia during ancient times. The origin is disputed.

The apricots are dried and without stones.  

It can be used as a healthy snacks, in salads, smoothies or cakes!

BANANA:

Banana is an edible fruit, botanically a berry from a plant native to West Africa.

The banana is dried, cut into slices and dressed up in coconutoil. It is sweet and best organic!

It can be used as a snack on a trip or to your work.

BILVA:

Bilva is tree native to the Indian subcontinent and southeast Asia. The tree is considered sacred by Hindus.

The bark, root, fruits are used in traditional medicine for various diseases such as in digestive problems. The leave aborbs reverberance.

It can be used as whole fruit, juices or puddings. 

BLUEBERRIES:

Blueberries are the berries of a plant native to North America.

Blueberries are very popular. Only strawberries are more popular in the berry family.

It contains important antioxidants! The dried blueberries can be used in yogurt and smoothies.

CRANBERRIES:

Cranberries are the berries of short woody plants or vines growing in the cooler regions of the northern hemisphe.

It is called a “superfruit” due to their nutrient content and antioxidant qualities.

The dried cranberries can be used as snacks.

DATES:

Dates is the fruit of the palm tree with unknown origin, probably countries around Iraq.

Medjool dates, called "the king of dates" are big, juicy and sweet.  

It can be used as snacks or in food. It is especially good to use in rawfoodcake.

FIGS:

The common fig is the fruit of a tree native to southwest Asia and the Mediterranean region.

The fruit of the fig has an oval form and contains hundreds of seeds in the fruitflesh.

The tast is delightful and can be used as exclusive snacks!

GOJI BERRIES:

Goji berries is the fruit of a plant native to Asia and nowadays growing in popularity.

Thousands of years ago the Chinese used this superberry in  their daily food  and as medicine.

These dried berries, with a lot of nutrients taste beside sweet also very good and can be used as snacks or in food.

INCA BERRIES:

The incaberry is the fruit of a plant indigenous to the high altitude tropical regions of South America.

Incaberries are also called goldenberries, they are nutricious and delightful.

It can be used as healthy snacks, in yogurt, salads or in a fruit mix.

MANGO:

Mango is the tropical fruit of the Mangifera tree native to South- and Southeast Asia.

Mangifera is the national tree of Bangladesh. Dried mango is healthy and best organic!

It can be used as snacks, in deserts, salads or yoghurt.

MULBERRIES:

Mulberry is the fruit of a tree in many temperature world regions.

The mullberries which are found here are in black and white. Sweet and healthy!

It can be used in pies, cordials and tea.

PRUNES:

Prunes are dried plums. Plum is the fruit of a tree with unkown origin.

Prunes  are  sweet, juicy and contains a lot of nutrients!

It can be used as a very good snack, in compote or desserts.

PEER:

Peer is a tree that originates from Tiensjan, a mountain range in Central Asia.

Peer contains strong anti-oxidants, is a great source of valuable nutritions such asvitamine C, polyphenols, flavonoids, phenolic acids which have many beneficial health effects for human beings.

It can be used as it is, dried, in juices, jellies, jams or cider.

RAISINS+SULTANA:

Raison is a dried grape. Sultana is the white, seedless variety. Both natural sun-dried.

Sultana is lighter and more juicy, while Raison is darker and has a stronger aroma. All sundried.

It can be used as snacks, in baking or salads.

SCHISANDRA BERRIES:

Schisandraberry is the berry of a vine native to Northern China and Russian Far East.

It has been used in the Chinese medicin to strengthen the kidneys and liver. It can also be used for their calming effect.

The taste is very divers  and this is not the one of typical sweet berries. It can be used in tea.

TOMATO  SUNDRIED:


Tomato is a berry of the plant native to the South American Andes


The sundried tomatoes are raw and best organic!


Sundried tomatoes can be used as a gourmet ingredient in many recipies.

 

Grains


BUCKWHEAT:


Despite its name, buckwheat is not related to wheat and  native to Southeast Asia.


Buckwheat-seeds are fully gluten-free and very nutricious.


It can be used in noodles, pancakes and galettes.


COCONUT:


Coconuts are growing in the the crown of the cocospalm and contains nutricious cocoswater and cocosflesh. The origin of the plant is the subject of debate and probably the Americas.


Cocosmass is made of cocosflesh that is shredded and dried. It can be used in desserts, smoothies or baking.


Cocosflour is finely ground cocosmass.


Well suited for a low carbon diet. 


It can be used in baking and rawfood.


GRANOLA:


Oats, nuts, seeds added with honey and sugar are the basic ingredients for Granola.


Granola is roasted.


It can be used in yogurt, desserts or fruit.


PURPLE CORNFLOWER:

Purple cornflower  comes from the purple maiscorn, in the way as growing in Peru and originated from the Andes regions of South America.

The flower is very nutricious, completely raw and free of pesticides.

It can be used in raw cakes, raw tortillas, pancakes, cornbread or banana muffins.


RYE:

Rye is primarily grown in Eastern, Central and Northern Europe.

The whole grain, as well as other high fibre grains, improves the bloodsugar regulation and is is a rich source of essential nutrients.

It can be used in ryebread, flower, beer whiskey or as a whole grain in different food recepies such as an omelet with onion and Gouda cheese for a good start in the morning.


QUINOA:

Quinoa is the seed of a grain orginated in the Andean region of Peru, Ecuador and Columbia.

This “super food” is fully packed with nutrients and glutenfree! Very popular in South America.

It can be used in salads, grain salads, breakfast bowls, cakes or granola.

 



Greens


BARLEY GRASS:

Barley grass is the leaf of the barley plant(a type of whole grain).

Barley grass contains large amouts of vitamins and minerals.

It can be used in juice, soups or stews.


CHLORELLA:

Chlorella is a single-cell green algae.

It contains a lot of chlorophyll.

It can be used in combination with lemon, in smoothies, salads, yogurt or honey.


SPIRULINA:

Spirulina is a cyanobacterium and often called a bluegreen saltwater algae. Sacred food of the Aztecs.

Spirulina is a rich source in protein and non toxic, even in high doses.

It can be used in salads, fruit juice or on your rice.


WHEATGRASS:

Wheatgrass is the leaf of the wheatplant.

Very nutritious.

It can be used in juices or salads.

 



Nuts & seeds


ALMOND:

Almond is the fruit of a tree native to the Middle East and South Asia.

According to the Ayurveda, almonds are beneficial to our brain and nerve system.

Almonds can be eaten directly, added in dishes or as decoration on the top of desserts.


ALFALFA SEEDS:

Alfalfa also called lucerne is primarily native to Asia and cultivated around the world.

Alfalfa means “Father of all foods” because it is so rich in essential nutrients. It is  used by Indian ayurvedic physicians to treat poor digestion.

Alfalfa can be added in salads or soups.

Apricots and Almonds contains hyrogen cyanide, a potent toxin. Normal consumption is insufficient to produce serious effects.

Brazil nuts are a good source of vitamins, minerals and contains an extremely high amount of selenium.

CASHEW NUTS:

Cashew nutsis the seed from the fruit of a tree and botanically not a nut, native to northeastern Brazil.

It contains starch to about 10% of their weight and makes them effective in thickening water-based dishes.

It can be used as a snack, in soups or indian curries.


CHIA SEEDS:

Chia is a plant native to Mexico and Guatemala.

Chia seeds are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids. The seeds have more omega-3s than salmon.

It can be used in oatmeal, jogurt or salads.


FLAXSEED:

Flax or linseed is a plant native to eastern  Mediterranean, Western Asia, Middle East and India.

It contains omega-3 fatty accids.  Exception is yellow flax and is very low in omega-3 fatty accids.

It can be used in oatmeal, jogurt or salads.


HAZELNUT:

Hazelnut is the nut of a tree produced in commercial quantities in Europe and the USA.

Hazelnuts are rich in protein and unsaturated fat.

It can be eaten directly, used in praline or in combination with chocolate.


HEMP SEEDS:

Hemp is a plant and indigenous to Central and South Asia.

Hemp seeds are regarded as very healthy food. Vegetarians and vegans can supplement their diet with hemp seeds or hemp protein.

Hemp seeds can be eaten directly, used in smoothies, shakes or a meal.


MACADEMIA NUTS:

Macademia nuts is a plant indigenous to Australia.

They have the high amounts of monounsaturated fats and contains approximately 22% of omega-7 palmitoleic acid.

It can be used as a snack or in a combination with chocolate.


NUT BUTTER:

Nut butters is made by grinding nuts until they become a creamy and smoothe paste.

It retains the nutritional value of the nut.

It can be used as a spread, mixed into sauces and dressings, eaten plain, or used for making desserts.


PECAN NUTS:

The pecan tree is a native to Mexico and southcentral and southeastern United States.

Pecans are a good source of manganese, protein and unsaturated fats.

Pecan nuts have a rich, buttery flavor. They can be eaten as they are or used in cooking, in sweet desserts or pecan pie.


PINE CEDAR NUTS:

Pine cedar nuts are the edible seeds of pines. The Siberian pine occurs in Russia and Mongolia.

Pine nuts are oily and rich in protein.They tend to go rancid quite quickly, so store them in the fridge.

It can be eaten directly, added to salads or soups.


PUMPKIN SEEDS:

Pumkin is a plant native to North America.

Pumpkin seeds are rich in iron, zinc, essential fatty acids, potassium and magnesium.

It can be eaten directly as a snack or used in salads.


SESAME SEEDS:

Sesame is a plant widely naturalized in tropical regions around the world. No one knows its exact origin.

Sesame seeds has a high oil content and rich in omega 6 fatty accids.

It can be used on bread, in salads, soups or in crackers.


SUNFLOWER SEEDS:

Sunflower is a plant native to North America.

Sunflower seeds are very nutritious and contains essential fatty acids, essential amino acids, minerals and vitamins.

It can be used in salads, granola, yogurt, sandwiches, rice or pasta.


WALNUT:

Walnut is the nut of a tree. The English Walnut originated in Persia. The Black Walnut is native to eastern North America.

The walnut is nutrient dense with protein and essential fatty acids.

It can be eaten directly, as a part of a mix such as muesli or as an ingredient of a  dish.

Algae + Sea weed


DULSE:

Dulse is a red alga and grows on the nothern coasts of the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.

It is a good source of minerals, vitamins and contains a lot of trace elements needed by humans It has a high protein content.

It can be used as a ‘”salty ”snack, in fish recipes to enhance the flavour,  soups, salads or just eat it with butter.


IRISH MOSS:

Irish moss is a red algae that grows along rocky parts of the Atlantic coasts of Europe and North America.

It contains about 55% carrageenan. It will form a jelly and act as an emulsifier and thickener when processed with water  A popular product in raw food!

It can be used in sweet deserts, icecreams, shakes, mousse and pies.


KELP(KOMBU):

Kelp are large seeweeds belonging to the brown alga and grows in underwater “forests” in shallow oceans.

It is rich in minerals such as calcium, magnesium and iron. Kelp is rich in iodine!

It can be used as a snack, to flavour broths and stews(especially dashi), in rice or beauty products.


SEA SPAGHETTI:

Sea spaghetti is a brown alga found in the north east Atlantic and the North Sea.

When soaked in water, sea spaghetti fully suturates and expands in size. It is a nutritious raw pasta replacement.

It can be used with a simple dressing or olive oil, together with tomato paste sauce.


WAKAME:

Wakame is a sea vegetable.

It has a subtly sweet flavour and is a rich source in omega-3 fatty acid.

It is most often used in soups and salades.


ALOE VERA POWDER:

Aloe vera is one of the oldest known  medicinal plants originated in Africa and Arabia Peninsula.

Numerous studies worldwide indicate that it is a general tonic for the immune system.

It can be used in smoothies. Combine it with a sweetener to take away the bitter taste.


BEE POLLEN:

Bee pollen is made by honeybees and the food for the young bees.

It contains a lot of  nutrients required by humans.

It can be used at mealtime especially with fruit.


YEAST:

The yeast flakes are primarly made from brewery yeast.

This vegan food is rich in Vitamin B and trace elements.

It can be used in soups, salads or fruit to enhance the flavour.

 



Powder


ALFALFA LEAF:

Brew alfalfa with another tea. It can also be added in salads or soups.

Ashwagandha is considered as one of the wonder herbs and helps to built up ojas.

It can be used in small doses in warm milk with honey before you go to bed.


ASTRAGALUS:

A herb that has been used in the Traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years.

It is most commonly used for immune enhancement.

It can be used as a chi tonic.


ATRACTYLODES:

Atractylodes is a herb mostly found in Korea, Russia and China.

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is acrid, bitter, warm in nature and covers meridians of spleen, stomach, liver and useful to treat candida on toenails.

White atractylodes can be used as a chi tonic and is never used alone. You can combine it with gingseng. Red atractylodes does not have the tonic action. It can be used in tea.


BAOBOB FRUIT:

Warm ghee in Akshi Tarpanam is nourishing the eyes.

It can be used in cuisine of the Indian subcontinent, ayurvedic medicine for eyetreatment and religious rituals.

SESAME OIL:

Sesam is a plant that origins from Africa. The oil is pressed from the seeds.

Sesame oil has something sharps and penetrating that allows it to easily penetrate the skin while other oils are heavier and stiffer and remain on the skin.

It can be used in food or Ayurvedic massage for nourishing the skin .

STEVIA:

The stevia plant is a sweet-leaf herb of South American origin.

LEMON OIL:

Lemon is a evergreen tree native to South Asia primarily North east India, lemonoil is extracted from the oil containing cells in the skin or just obtained cold pressed.

This  main content of lemon oil is lemoline which is a terpene, also high in vitamine C, it helps to digest fast, detoxification of the gallbladder, drainage of the lymphatic system, improves the mood, weight lost and many other immune benefits.

Lemon oil can be used for skin care, treating skin disorders, cooking, a hair tonic that makes the hair healty and shiny, due to the fragrance in aromatherapy, in cleaning with vinegar and  in the laundry.

Peppermint is a plant, a cross between watermint and spearmint found in the 17th centrury in England in a field of mintplants and mostly obtained by destilation.  

The main content of peppermint oil is menthol and menthone, has a high concentration of natural pesticides mainly pulegone, it repels some pest insects including mosquitos, improves energy and concentration.

It can be used for the fresh and special taste in food, for massage, to reduce spasmen in the stomach-intestine canal, tension headache, aromatherapy, a bad breath, just the smell increases the energy level. It opens the airways and is often used together with eucalyptus oil. 

MALALEUCA(TEA TREE) OIL:

Most malaleuca plants are endemic to Australia, a few occur in Malesia and  7 are endemic to New Caledonia and was used often as a number one medicine by the aboriginals.

Malaleuca is both antifungal and antibiotic.

Plant mint in your garden. Leave all nettles in your garden. It spreads by itself. Buy ginger at the supermarket (Plant it in your garden too and look on the internet for how to harvest it). Cut some thin slices of ginger and put this together with as many chopped nettle leaves as possible, the nettle seeds, chopped piece of nettle stem, mint, the leaves of the black currant, the leaves of the wild strawberry and the leaves that are just available and suitable for it in your garden at that time in the hot water you drink. Plant munt in uw tuin. Laat alle brandnetels in uw tuin staan. Het verspreid zich vanzelf. Koop gember in de supermarkt (Plant dit ook in uw tuin en kijk op internet hoe u dit moet oogsten). Op deze manier krijgt u tal van belangrijke voedingsstoffen binnen op een eenvoudige,goedkope en smakelijke wijze. De tuin geeft uw belangrijke voedingaatoffen die u op dat moment nodig heeft. Eet met de seizoenen mee uit uw tuin. Drinkt u niet alle thee op scheid het dan in een glas en laat het afkoelen. Later op de dag kunt u dit waardevolle vocht opdrinken. Zet het in de koelkast als u het de volgende dag wil opdrinken. Dat is spiritualiteit, dat is de ervaring van totale eenvoud, er is niets aan verscheidenheid in die staat. er is geen activiteit, geen zintuigelijke waarnemingen, geen gedachten, geen gevoelens. Je bent alleen stil wakker. Nu, alles wat aandacht krijgt groeit maar wanneer het bewustzijn gericht is op zichzelf dan groeit het bewustzijn en dit is wie je bent, je vierde bewustzijnstoestand en is onbegrensd en ook je grootste kracht, de grootste kracht die er is, er gaat niets daarboven.

Het is als een rapier wedstrijd, in de rechterhand een zwaard en in de linkerhand een schild. De ander houd een mes in de linkerhand. Schermen komt van rapier. Jee Kun Do betekent onderschepping in het Engels. Dit is wat wij doen wanneer de tegenstander dichtbij komt. Wij richten ons op het verhogen van de bewustheidssnelheid. Je kan dit goed zien in minuut 4.37. De aanvaller beweegt en direkt daarna beweegt de verdediger. Herhaal dit moment meerdere keren om te zien wat er gebeurd, hij leest de gedachten van de tegenstander. Een mens heeft 0,3 seconden nodig om te denken en dan te handelen. Ga verder als de gedachten van je tegenstander op komen! Dit is vergelijkbaar met telepathie. Het is in wezen intuitie. Op het moment de tegenstander wil iets doen kan je dit begrijpen via het derde oog chakra tussen je wenkbrauwen. Snelheid is erg belangrijk, als bliksem. Laat de tegenstander niet je gedachten lezen om aan te vallen. Jee Kun Do is gecreeerd door een genie die veel onderzoek,, hard werk en oefening heeft gedaan.

(27-12-2023) According Werner de Vries in this video you clearly can see why Xu Xin became worldchampion in table tennis for 2 reasons: 1) His relaxation and control is total, he controls every little muscle in his body and you can see this in all his movements, he is totally in balance when he plays 2) He plays with a lot of fun and joy, you can feel this vibe clearly when he is playing, it is not albout winning or losing the point but the play itself and the joy that comes from  that, you can also see, feel and hear this clearly  . It is his energy that makes all the difference when he plays, a lot of his actions are mostly insane.

How to make penicillium at home?

(21-03-2024) Step 1: buy van Dijks frisian ryebread at the shop. Step 2: store it in a closed kitchenshelf which is dark and have little temperature fluctuations. Step 3: make a little whole in the package on one side so the penicilllium spores from the air can come in and after that  can develop. Step 4: just wait long enough and then remove the package, the result will be as above.

(21-03-2024) Step 1: mix the penicillium in the cold tea. Step 2 drink it right away, the taste is very bad but this way it all works and you can repeat it as many times as you want. Do not be suprised you digestion is out of order, this is how it is supposed to be as a treatment. This is only a first attempt from my side to find a good and easy to produce treatment of penicillium at home since at the farmacy they did not want to give me penicillium so I was forced to make it at home and at least I was succesful. The next step will be higher concentrations of the pencillium at home and some day I will find this out I guess, I am not sure yet.

(11-03-2025) Dharma zwaardvechten bestaat uit 3 componenten San shi: 1). Val aan nadat je wordt aangevallen 2) De beweging moet een spiraal beweging zijn en vergankelijk zijn, verberg je zwaard en ontdek de zwakte van de tegenstander, deze ontdek je wanneer hij zijn zwaard getrokken heeft 3) De derde beweging is een rechte lijn of de spiraalvormige rechte lijn. Observeer de beweging van de tegenstander zonder zelf te bewegen.
